Issue: Devices Not Syncing with Intune

Symptoms:
Devices do not appear in the Intune portal.
Policies or apps are not deployed to devices.
Possible Causes:
Incorrect enrollment settings.
Network issues preventing communication with Intune.
Outdated device configurations.
Solution:
Verify Device Enrollment Settings: Ensure the devices are enrolled correctly.
Navigate to Intune > Device Enrollment > Enrollment Restrictions in the Microsoft Endpoint Manager admin center.
Confirm the device type is allowed.
Check Device Compliance:
Go to Devices > All Devices, and confirm the compliance status.
If the device is non-compliant, review the policy and address violations.
Resolve Network Issues:
Confirm the device has internet access.
Ensure the necessary endpoints for Intune communication are not blocked by firewalls.
Force a Manual Sync:
On the device, go to Settings > Accounts > Access Work or School, select the connected account, and choose Sync.
